Welcome to Bare Glazed Studio!

​

A communal work space for artists and makers to have the freedom to get creative and learn!

 

Self funded, It was a dream of mine to own my own studio. I spent years saving money up for all the equipment I have, and I was fortunate enough to have lots support from friends and family along my journey. Starting out in my dads garage, there wasnt enough room for both of us, after he was made redundant during lock down. But, inspite of a global pandemic and a big leap of faith, Bare Glazed Studio was born!

I wanted to create a safe space for artists and makers of all abilities and for them to feel relaxed and supported. It brings me great joy seeing people overcome inner hurdles and challnging themselves.

 

 I host courses and workshops, structured around different levels of experience and I help develop designs and turn your ideas into ceramic masterpieces!
 

I share my passion for ceramics by mentoring and guiding you through techniques and I have many different skills and tips to share with you. 

 

I gained my Bachelors degree in 2014 at Central Saint Martins in London and I am fully DBS checked.

​

I also have ample experience in teaching and working with SEN.

​

I sell clay, offer a firing service to home makers and I also host bespoke services for celebrations and occasions too.

​

Working with clay can be extremely therapeutic and a great way to learn a new skill! So come and get your hands dirty! 

 

I welcome everyone from all walks of life! Whether you're a skilled maker or a complete beginner.
