Cancellations
I require at least 48 hours notice by email or you can contact me directly on my mobile.
If you can’t make a session you will forfeit your deposit or payment.
If I receive enough notice then your payment will simply change to the next available date or roll over to the following week / month.
Full course payments are non-refundable while the course is taking place. If you need to stop classes for an important reason then we can hold any you have left for when you return.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery
All products are handmade to order and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. We can arrange to send most items by Special Delivery if required for an extra fee.
Postage & packing rates
UK Mainland: (Small parcel up to 2kg - signed for) Second Class- £4.50 or First Class - £7
Larger items or shipment out of UK please contact us on bareglazed@outlook.com
Returns
Return your items to us within 14 days of delivery. Goods are to return in the same condition as when they were dispatched. Please send in original packaging and follow royal mail's guidelines of wrapping ceramics for postage. The buyer must return their items using recorded post, We will only refund delivery charges if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please let us know within 24hrs.
