This helps me prepare enough materials and equipment for everyone taking part.

Choose between a hand-building session using clay or a pottery painting party using pottery paints and glazes.

Once I have these details, I can put together everything you'll need for your party pack, including the right amount of clay, pottery pieces, tools and equipment.

To help keep the Takeaway Pottery Party service running smoothly, please read the following guidelines before collecting your party pack.

Collecting your party pack
Your party pack will be prepared and ready for collection at the agreed date and time. Please ensure you have suitable transport and enough space to safely carry all materials and equipment.

​

Looking after your clay
If you are using clay, any unused clay must be wrapped up well, so it becomes bone dry. Please keep unused clay stored in a cool, dark place to prevent it from drying out.

​

Clean and ready to return
All equipment, tools and materials provided must be returned clean and free from clay, paint and other residue. Please wash and dry everything thoroughly before returning it.

Taking care of equipment
All equipment and tools are provided for your use and must be handled with care. Please use everything as instructed and do not modify, damage or misuse any equipment.

 

Lost or damaged items
Please check that everything is returned at the end of your session. Any equipment or items that are lost, stolen or damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear may need to be replaced, and the cost of replacement will be charged to the person who made the booking.

 

Returning your party pack
All items must be returned by the agreed date and time. If you need additional time, please contact Bare Glazed Studio in advance to arrange this.

Delivery & collection
If delivery and collection have been arranged, please ensure that all equipment and materials are packed safely and ready for collection at the agreed time.

By booking a Takeaway Pottery Party Pack, you agree to look after all equipment and materials provided and return everything in the condition it was supplied, allowing for reasonable use.
